The Los Angles Times reports that many small businesses are taking advantage of Obamacare's tax breaks for small employers of lower paid workers:
Nationwide, the Kaiser survey found that 59% of firms with three to nine employees offered health benefits, up from 46% last year.
That sounds significant to me.
